FSL achieve ISO 9001
Formby Surveys are pleased to announce that we have achieved the ISO 9001 certification. This significant award is supported by Government and recognised worldwide as the international benchmark for quality. This achievement, which has only been achieved by around 5% of UK businesses, required the success implementation of a quality management system across all activities of the business.
Formby Surveys decided to embark on this process with external auditors QMS, who provided close support and advice throughout the assessment period, resulting in Wynn Walker from QMS presenting managing director Andy Roberts with the ISO certificate on 15th August 2012 at our offices in Formby.
Achieving the ISO 9001 certification reinforces Formby Surveys’ excellent quality management systems and policies ensuring clients receive a professional, effective and efficient service, delivered to consistently high standards. Commenting on the certification, Andy Roberts said “we are delighted to receive our ISO 9001 accreditation which provides us with a framework to monitor and improve our internal and external performance as an organisation moving forward, especially as clients are demanding a much higher level of service than ever before.”
