Our Operations Manager has received a promotion!
Since we bought the business in 2007, like any other business, we’ve seen employees come and go. Whether our previous employees have moved on to similar jobs, changed career paths entirely or moved out of Liverpool and pursued work elsewhere. On the other hand, we have had some employees stay with us from day one, progressing in their position and becoming an essential part of how we work.
One of those members of staff is someone who you’re probably already familiar with, our Operations Manager, John Ormesher. John’s worked for Formby Surveys for the last 12 years and has gone from a Trainee CAD Technician, to a CAD Technician, to his current position. He’s responsible for implementing and maintaining our standards whilst overseeing job progression, data processing, and final delivery of all our digital data.
Because of John’s ongoing dedication to the company, to his job and to the staff he manages on a day-to-day basis, we decided to make him more of a key figure in the business than he already was, by promoting him to Operations Director.
We wish John the very best of luck in his new position, we’re very pleased with what he has done for the company so far and we’re incredibly confident that he will continue his good work.
