The deal that saw Millennium House handed over to developers Signature Living was worth just over £4.3m. At the beginning of the transition from a council building to a modern hotel, Signature Living asked us to undertake a measured building survey and to produce floor plans and the details of the building’s elevations, to be used in renovations and for remodelling purposes.
Initially, we completed a laser scan of the outside of the building, detailing the building’s floors and roof from the outside. We then went on to detail floor plans and elevations from within the building, providing Signature Living with all of the survey information they required in order to redevelop the building and redesign many of the room’s features.
Since completing these surveys and providing the finished data, Millennium House has been transformed in to one of Liverpool’s most reputable hotels, The Shankly Hotel.
